Ce rapport particulier \u00e0 l\u2019image, au graphisme et \u00e0 la mati\u00e8re imprim\u00e9e a transform\u00e9 en profondeur les formes de la communication politique au XXe si\u00e8cle, en donnant la possibilit\u00e9 d\u2019orienter la lecture des photographies, d\u00e9sormais offertes \u00e0 toutes sortes de manipulations et de combinaisons.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cet ouvrage propose un panorama international du photomontage en articulant histoire politique et histoire des formes graphiques. S\u2019appuyant sur les contributions des meilleurs sp\u00e9cialistes, ce parcours au travers du si\u00e8cle et de ses grandes luttes politiques nous emm\u00e8ne \u00e0 la rencontre des constructivistes sovi\u00e9tiques et des figures majeures des ann\u00e9es 1920-1930 \u00e0 l\u2019instar d\u2019El Lissitzky, John Heartfield ou Gustav Klucis, mais aussi de productions moins connues, notamment dans le domaine de la presse alternative et militante, qui va int\u00e9grer le r\u00e9pertoire visuel des contre-cultures \u00e0 la fin des ann\u00e9es 1960 et promouvoir le collage comme
